Mazda Canada : Our commitment in response to COVID-19

May 08 2020, King Mazda

Dear Valued Customer,

The world has changed over the past few weeks and, with each new day, the impact of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic continues to grow. These are unprecedented times, and we are all impacted both directly and indirectly by this dynamic situation.

At Mazda Canada, we prioritize safety above all else. That is why we are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation and updating our operating procedure daily, based on the recommendations from public health and government officials, to help protect the health and well-being of our customers, employees and dealer partners, and to do our part to minimize the spread of the virus in Canada.

Your local dealership has been encouraged to practice social distancing and increase workplace and personal hygiene to ensure the safety of employees and customers. A store may close if it's deemed to be in the best interest of our custsomers, employees and partners, or if directed to do so by government authorities. In any such situation, we will work with you to minimize disruptions.

Mazda hasa deep-rooter challenger spirit, overcoming many obstacles throughout its 100-year history. I have no doubt that, together, we will overcome this one too.
